Position Overview:
We are looking for an Experienced Technician who is not only proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicles but also possesses strong leadership skills. This position requires expertise in automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Manage workflow in the service center, ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service manager to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Red Seal certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
