Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with buying, selling, and marketing properties
- Conduct market research to develop and accurately predict property values and competitive prices
- Show property to potential buyers or investors
- Create and maintain property searches
- Maintain and connect with clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process of home ownership
- Stay up- to-date with real estate rules and regulations and trends
- Draft contracts and offer letters
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to build a lasting connection to the clients, phone skills are a plus
- Must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast paced environment
- Coachability and a growth mindset with a positive attitude
- Driven to succeed, with a work ethic to match
Requirements:
- RECA License or working towards RECA license (Required)
- Driving Licence is must
- Strong negotiation skills and work ethic

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
