About CM Nails Supply
CM Nails Supply is a family-owned nail and beauty supply business that has proudly served nail professionals across the GTA for more than 20 years. We work closely with salon owners, nail technicians, beauty professionals, and retail customers, helping them find the products and support they need to succeed.
As we continue to grow both in-store and online, we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work directly with customers, help manage inventory, prepare online orders, and play an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our store.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Retail Associate, you'll be one of the first people customers interact with when they visit our store. Your product knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills will help create an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Whether you're helping a nail technician find the right product, preparing an online order, or restocking inventory, your work will directly contribute to the success of our customers and our team.
What You'll Do
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Answer questions and help customers find products that fit their needs
- Build relationships with both professional and retail customers
- Support a positive and welcoming store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Operations & Inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping and pickup
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Support day-to-day store operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with the nail or beauty industry is an asset but not required
- English is required
- Vietnamese language skills are a strong asset

Schedule
- Part-time position
- Approximately 2 to 6 days per week
- Sunday availability preferred
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs
