Key Responsibilities
- Chairside Excellence: Assist the dentist during clinical, restorative, and cosmetic procedures with efficiency, confidence, and warmth.
- Digital Dentistry: Capture and manage digital x-rays, intraoral scans, and digital impressions for restorative, implant, and Invisalign cases.
- Patient Care & Comfort: Ensure every patient feels informed, relaxed, and cared for from start to finish.
- Lead and uphold infection prevention and control (IPAC) standards throughout the office.
- Maintain and document sterilization logs, biological monitoring, and operatory checklists.
- Keep IPAC manuals, SOPs, and records current and audit-ready for inspections.
- Monitor and track clinical inventory, including materials, disposables, and PPE
- Work closely with the dentists, front desk, and hygiene team to ensure seamless coordination.
Who You Are
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (CDA II) HARP certified
- 2–3+ years of experience in a clinical coordination or lead role within a dental setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communicator who can stay calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Warm, patient-focused, and motivated to build a positive, high-performing clinical culture
- A true team player who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and excellence
