Wealth Associate
Job Summary:
A Wealth Associate plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the Advisors in the management and administration of client relationships. This position is responsible for coordinating client service activities, managing account administration, preparing for client meetings, executing operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requests.
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, updates and maintenance activities.
- Facilitate client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Advisor Support
- Prepare client review meeting packages and investment reports
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM system (Wealthbox).
- Process and follow up on client trades and transactions.
Operations & Administration
- Process account transactions and ensure accurate execution of client instructions.
- Manage account administration, including client information updates, documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor outstanding service requests and ensure completion within established timelines.
- Maintain organized electronic client files.
- Support workflow management and process improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies and industry standards.
- Support Portfolio Manager in completing Know Your Client (KYC) updates and documentation reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Escalate concerns or exceptions appropriately.

Qualifications
Education
- Postsecondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking or a client service role.
- Familiarity with investment accounts, registered plans and financial planning concepts.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
