Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our production plant. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational, communication, and management skills to ensure efficient service delivery, staff coordination, and process improvement.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and service quality.
- Supervise staff ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to meet organizational goals efficiently.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing analysis skills and change management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions for organizational growth.
- Facilitate training sessions and presentations to staff on new policies or procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee compliance with legal requirements related to food production
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills in English;
- Experience in budgeting, human resources management, and staff development is highly valued.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
