Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate concrete pumping equipment to efficiently deliver concrete to various construction sites, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality results.
Your expertise will help bring large-scale projects to life by coordinating with other construction professionals and maintaining safety standards at all times.

Duties:
- Operate concrete pumps to place concrete from the plant to designated locations at construction sites.
- Monitor pump performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
- Set up and assemble pump equipment, including hoses, pipes, and accessories, for concrete placement.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards before operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during pump operation and concrete placement activities.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections to identify potential hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with concrete batchers, drivers, and site personnel.
- Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure efficient workflow and good customer satisfaction.
- Report maintenance needs or equipment issues to maintenance staff for timely resolution.
Must Have's:
- A valid CDL Class 3 license.
- Commercial driving experience (3 years+).
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of concrete is an asset.
