Moose Kitchen and Bath is a professional kitchen and home design company specializing in providing complete solutions from design to construction. As one of the world’s leading cabinetry brands, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Designer to join our Mississauga showroom location.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work flexible hours while conducting site visits, developing relationships with potential customers, and hosting showroom tours and consultations. We are looking for someone creative, driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales development within the GTA area and designated regions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Introduce new products, promotions, and company programs
- Pre-qualify potential clients and understand their project requirements
- Meet clients in the showroom and onsite to understand project scope and space planning
- Provide design consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Prepare kitchen layouts and quotations using Design 2020 software
- Manage customer expectations through excellent customer service and communication
- Achieve individual sales targets to support overall company objectives
- Conduct site visits to ensure smooth and high-quality project execution
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities
- Increase value with existing customers while attracting new clients
- Assist with showroom presentations, tours, and product displays
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Passion for sales, design, and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if needed
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
- RTA kitchen sales experience is required
- Experience with kitchen design and cabinetry industry preferred
- Proficient in Design 2020 software preferred
- College diploma or equivalent work experience
