About the Role
Deep Down Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaner / Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with cleaning industry experience who enjoys leading by example, working independently, and maintaining high standards of service.
As a Cleaner / Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing cleaning services, communicating with building managers, training staff, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning services to high company standards
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site
- Train and mentor new cleaners
- Communicate professionally with building managers and clients
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment on job sites
- Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and other commercial cleaning tools
- Coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple job sites as required
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning industry experience
- Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and equipment
- Strong communication and presentability to communicate with building managers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliability clearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Weekday, evening, and weekend availability
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
