While our Toronto boutique is new, we’re bringing over 20 years of jewellery retail experience from our previous location in Ottawa. We believe jewellery is more than something you wear—it’s part of life’s biggest moments. Whether someone is shopping for an engagement ring, celebrating an anniversary, or finding the perfect gift, every customer deserves an exceptional experience built on honesty, trust, and genuine care.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to be part of building something special from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism
- Build relationships by listening and understanding each customer’s needs
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, gifts, and everyday wear
- Learn about diamonds, gemstones, gold, and our jewellery collections
- Maintain beautiful showcases and merchandise displays
- Process sales accurately using our POS system
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting
- Represent the Shyne On brand with integrity and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
- Loves meeting and talking with people
- Has a warm, confident personality
- Is honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
- Enjoys learning and developing new skills
- Wants to grow with a small, independent business
Retail, hospitality, luxury sales, or jewellery experience is an asset—but it isn’t required.
We’ll teach you about jewellery.
We can’t teach kindness, integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help people.
Compensation
Minimum wage plus uncapped commission.
Your earning potential grows with your sales performance.
Based on sales performance and business volume, our sales consultants have historically earned the equivalent of approximately minimum wage during slower periods to $28+ per hour during stronger sales periods, with opportunities to earn more as the business continues to grow.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Fridays and Saturdays
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
