Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Receive purchase orders from customers via online portal, email, and fax.
- Process orders and returns into internal software (Spire).
- Manage the list of back-ordered products and estimate arrivals.
- Communicate order discrepancies and updates to customers and sales reps.
- Enter tracking information into online customer portals.
- Coordinate custom painting of bathtubs with third-party painters.
- Perform frontline communications with industry partners and consumers via phone and email.
- Respond to support tickets and update information in customer portals (Wayfair Partners Home, Amazon Vendor Central, etc.).
- Provide basic technical support (training provided; no plumbing experience required).
- Assist with showroom walk-ins.
- Enter shipping information into FedEx and with local couriers.
- Process weekly freight shipments from the location and handle custom paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Desire to offer excellent customer service.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person, by phone & my email.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using order processing software and customer portals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
