The Oakville Centre for Vision has been providing neurovision eye care for our community since 1995 and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Neurovision enhances the vision and the eye-brain connection to be visually fit for life, work, school or sports. We pride ourselves on offering extraordinary service to every patient. An essential part of our care is listening to our patients, understanding and meeting their needs. The successful candidate should enjoy working with patients of all ages. Experience in vision therapy is an asset. Candidates should have the ability to learn and apply new challenges quickly and show ongoing growth and initiative.
The NeuroVision assistant specific job tasks include, but are not limited to: greeting patients, gathering patient history, filing, booking patients, using pretesting equipment, preparing exam room, assisting with frame selection and measurements, doing frame repairs and adjusting glasses. We will train the right individual in August to start for September.
