MON-SUN: 7AM TO 3PM FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Skills:
- Hospitality: Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Food Handling: Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Help: Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for order taking and billing
