Perks
- Flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (i.e., 37.5 hours per week).
- Paid vacation starts at 4 weeks per year, and increases with years of service.

About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Change Specialist to join our Change Management
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

As a Change Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and support long-term business growth.
Partnering with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across PBC, you will lead change activities that enable employees to successfully adopt new ways of working. From enterprise technology implementations to major modernization initiatives, you will help ensure change is understood, embraced, and sustained.

In this role, you will support strategic transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen the employee and customer experience, and enable business growth.
You will partner with project leaders and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop adoption strategies, and guide teams through complex transitions. By fostering engagement, readiness, and alignment, you will help ensure organizational change delivers its intended value.
Working across diverse initiatives, including technology implementations, digital transformation programs, and process modernization efforts, you will help build PBC's change management capability while reducing risk and accelerating adoption.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical guidance that helps teams navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and achieve sustainable results. As part of a growing Change Management team, you will have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide transformation and contribute to initiatives that have a lasting impact across the organization.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 4 years of related experience in organizational change management coupled with project management, and/or human resources business partnership experience.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) including how people journey through change.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
It’s preferred and considered an asset if you have:
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or CCMP).
