What You’ll Do:
- This position requires a commitment to early mornings with start time of 6:00 am.
- Set up/take down of the daily hot breakfast buffet. Ensuring food and serving items are clean and well-stocked throughout breakfast service.
- Meet and greet guests that come to the breakfast area. Promptly attend to the tables.
- Ensures the breakfast dining and service area are free of debris, and that all equipment is in working order.
- Clean tables, dishwashing, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Sweeping, mopping of floors; wiping furniture, dusting, and removing garbage and recycling.
- Write maintenance notices for all equipment in need of attention, repair or replacement.
- Follows all vendor and supplier recommendations, and local codes, concerning food safety and handling.
- Review inventory needs with supervisor on a regular basis
- Weekend availability is a must.

What we are looking for
- Completion of high-school
- 1+ years experience in hotel food and beverage service or similar experience is ideal
- Ability to work independently
- A team-first attitude
- Detail oriented
- This role is a physically demanding role and may include repetitive bending, pulling, carrying, lifting and pushing (up-to 25 lbs.)
Pay: $19.15 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
