Talent Sourcing Specialist

CIMA+ is currently looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for building a strong database of passive high-level candidates for some sectors of activity in the area of engineering across Canada. Based on their understanding of CIMA+’s business needs, strategic directions and local market trends, the Talent Sourcing Specialist’s primary objective will be to attract talents that will allow CIMA+ to achieve its ambitions.


Build a strong relationship with Business Partners, Talent Acquisition in order to understand their needs;
Carry out the talent sourcing process to build a structured candidate database;
Use sourcing strategies based on the development of various lists of candidates, while drawing their attention to opportunities offered at CIMA+
Promote CIMA+’s brand image and attractiveness, both internally and externally
Master market intelligence for the various departments and sectors; carry out an analysis and make recommendations in terms of talent competitiveness.
Keep abreast of the latest development and best practices, in order to bring high-level expertise in terms of talent acquisition.
Participate in the development of strategies to attract the best talents.
Participate in the selection, development and implementation of recruitment tools.
Participate in the development of the HR role within the organization.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other associated discipline
At least six months of experience in recruitment
Knowledge of sourcing tools
Interest for analysis and complexity
Ability to work independently and take initiatives
Teamwork oriented
Dynamic and results-oriented
Bilingualism (English and French)
