To support our recent and ongoing growth, JLR’s team is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Administrator to augment and round out our team. We’re looking for talented and creative people to support our accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Performing the functions of accounts receivable & collections
Develop an AR collections process while working alongside the business
Work with Project Managers to assist in collections
Follow up with customers on invoices and monitor overdue accounts
Follow up on customer inquiries and payment discrepancies
Send invoicing and monthly account statements to customers
Run customer related reporting and periodic AR Collections status reporting measures
Daily monitoring of customer payments received and apply cash receipts
Bank reconciliation & cash reporting
Enter recurring bank transactions for bank reconciliations
Weekly and month-end bank reconciliations
Monitor outstanding cheques
Prepare bank deposits
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum three years of relevant work experience
Diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
Knowledge of general accounting principles, bank reconciliations, cash receipts, revenue, journal entries
Ability to learn quickly and dive into multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Solid knowledge of MS Office with Excel skills – basic functions, lookup formulas
Knowledge of Deltek Vision or other Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems would be considered an asset.
