Richmond, BC + Baja California Operations
We are a marine adventure travel company operating expedition-style diving, whale shark, island, and remote wilderness experiences in Baja California and the Sea of Cortez.
We are looking for someone who combines strong customer communication skills with operational organization and a genuine interest in adventure travel, marine environments, and expedition logistics.
Responsibilities
- Respond to trip inquiries and convert bookings
- Coordinate guest logistics and pre-trip communication
- Manage reservations, manifests, waivers, and payments
- Support Baja-based field operations and scheduling
- Coordinate with guides, vessels, accommodations, and suppliers
- Handle last-minute operational changes calmly and professionally
- Maintain CRM and booking systems
- Assist with marketing, social media, and guest follow-up
Ideal Background
- Experience in travel, diving, marine tourism, hospitality, or adventure operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in Baja, diving, boating, or expedition travel
- Spanish helpful but not required
- Scuba certification or marine experience is an asset
Our office is located in Richmond, BC, and this is an in-office position.
Compensation
Competitive salary plus travel opportunities and performance bonuses.
Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
