Overview
Looking for a front end worker to support the machine operator.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the machine operator
- Assisting in set-up and operation of drilling and support equipment.
- Take notes on drilling depths
- Assisting with maintenance and repair of drilling and support equipment.
- Communicating with the crew to maintain safety standards
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly on-site.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
