Job Description:
· Responsible for the collection of past due account balances
· Communicate with consumers by telephone, email and SMS
· Determine suitable repayment plans based upon the consumers financial situation
· Effectively gather information to readily address disputes or billing errors
· Actively listen to consumers and develop solutions to overcome barriers to payment
· Ensure consumer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and that there is transparency in our processes
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Experience in collections or customer service industry is an asset but not required
· Attention to detail and strong work ethic
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Innate problem solving ability
· Ability to work independently within a well defined structure
