We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Appliance Sales Associate to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Every day brings something new! As an Appliance Sales Associate, you'll help customers turn ideas into reality while building lasting relationships along the way.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Welcome customers with a smile and create a positive shopping experience.
- Help shoppers find the right products for their needs, budget, and style.
- Answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Handle exchanges and concerns professionally and confidently.
Drive Sales and Build Relationships
- Discover customer needs and recommend appliance solutions that fit.
- Share your product expertise on features, warranties, specifications, and care.
- Introduce value-added services such as delivery, installation, and extended warranties.
- Process special orders and keep customers informed every step of the way.
- Create opportunities to grow sales while providing honest, knowledgeable advice.
Keep the Department Looking Great
- Create eye-catching displays and promotional presentations.
- Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain organized, clean, and inviting showroom displays.
- Order merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
Stay Curious and Keep Learning
- Keep up with appliance trends, innovations, and industry developments.
- Learn about competitors and market opportunities.
- Use our integrated systems and tools to support customers and streamline ordering.

What You Bring
You don't need to know everything—but you should bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for helping people.
We're especially excited to meet candidates who have:
✔ 3+ years of appliance sales or related experience (kitchen design experience is a bonus)
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Sales confidence and a results-driven mindset
✔ Knowledge of appliances, kitchen products, and home improvement solutions
✔ Experience using POS systems and web-based research tools
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔ A creative eye and attention to detail
✔ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and daytime shifts
✔ A desire to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points if you've worked with 20/20 Design Software!
