We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and self-motivated Caretaker / Janitorial Attendant to help maintain our commercial office and retail property. Position Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (6-hour shift) Millbourne Market Mall
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial office and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, scrub, and sanitize interior spaces
- Clean windows, walls, ceilings, vents, washrooms, and common areas
- Replenish janitorial and washroom supplies
- Perform daily exterior litter picking and garbage removal
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for tenants and visitors
- Respond to general property maintenance and cleanliness concerns as required
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, office buildings, hotels, or institutional facilities is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, products, chemicals, and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service, fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
