We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess individual child's progress and document developmental milestones accurately.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing necessary accommodations.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
- Manage time effectively to balance instructional duties with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
- Ability to lead classroom activities confidently while maintaining a nurturing environment.
- Familiarity with computer operation for documentation, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Childcare certification or relevant early childhood education credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
