ROLE SUMMARY
The General Operator performs production tasks in support of manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Placement within a specific production area will be based on business needs.
YOUR SCHEDULE
4 ON 4 OFF
Work 4 days, then enjoy 4 days off — every rotation. Two day shifts followed by two night shifts, then four consecutive days off. This gives you more long weekends than a standard 5-day work week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Operate and monitor production equipment following standard operating procedures
-
Set up, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting on machinery as needed

Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality specifications
-
Maintain accurate production records and report deviations to your supervisor

Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with SQF and safety standards

Collaborate with your team to meet production targets
-
Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Good mechanical aptitude — able to perform basic equipment adjustments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy

Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable working rotating shifts including days and nights
-
Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Experience in a flexographic or flexible packaging environment

Familiarity with quality control or inspection processes
-
Knowledge of SQF or food safety standards
