Pestcheck Pest Control is a family owned and operated pest control and wildlife control business. We are looking for a full-time technician to join our team. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for solving pest problems in a variety of residential and commercial settings. The Opportunity:
You will be reporting to the Head Technician and responsible for:
· Managing and servicing your own route of clients
· Providing inspections and treatments for our clients to prevent and control various pests
· Logging services and materials used through our software system
· Managing client needs and optimizing their pest control program on-site.

Who We Are Looking For:
· 4 -5 years experience in pest control
· Strong communicators with a clean & presentable image
· Quick thinker who can solve problems quickly & efficiently
· Self-starter that works well in a team environment & with minimal supervision
· Somebody who wants to grow, develop and advance in a fast-paced environment
Security and Safety:
· Clean driver’s abstract
· Clear Criminal Record Check
· This position requires some physical labour, using ladders, small repairs, etc (Confined Spaces, Working at Heights and WHMIS 2015 for Workers certification is required or training given)
Requirements
· High school diploma and/or College diploma
· A valid driver’s license
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· BC Structural Pesticide Applicator license.
We are a QualityPro company, certified throught the NPMA (National Pest Management Association). You will be required to acquire this certification.
We are also looking for some training with urban wildlife.
