Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Familiarize yourself and remain up to date with product knowledge and manufacturer programs
- Participate in all product training offered within the GAIN Group of Companies and the manufacturer
- Understand the automotive industry terminology and keep abreast of technological changes
- Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
- Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
- Be a team player and a positive force within the sales team
- Help maintain the sales lot in assuring vehicles are displayed in a neat and orderly manner
Requirements:
- Adaptable to all types of people and personalities while maintaining a presentable and professional appearance
- Previous sales experience with a luxury brand
- Personable with an inviting nature
- Outgoing and excited when meeting and engaging with new people
- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
- Hold a valid BC driver’s license
- Current VSA License or the ability to obtain one
- A criminal record check and driver’s abstract will be required upon hire

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
