Our client, a leading industrial bakery in North York, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, monitor quality, and ensure products are manufactured efficiently.

Responsibilities:
✓ Coordinate the daily activities of the production teams and oversees the operation of mixing department
✓ Review the product profiles to ensure that materials, equipment needed are available
✓ Inspect batch mixtures to ensure customer specifications are followed, working closely with standards outlined by Quality team
Requirements:
‣ 2+ years experience in a leadership role in a food processing or manufacturing industry, preferably bakery
‣ Well organized, goal oriented, work well under pressure, and be a good problem solver
‣ Must have a good and positive attitude towards change and other employees
