We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Representative who thrives in an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to build a book of business from the ground up and grow a business within our business.
You will have the flexibility to work from home while owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and long-term customer development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a new customer base within international and/or domestic freight forwardingProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with shippers and key decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle independently. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales (air, ocean, and/or ground) with proven sales history. Proven ability to generate new business independently. Strong understanding of logistics, pricing, and freight solutions. Highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something long-term. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Competitive base salary: $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential. Full flexibility to work remotely.
