We're looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives while helping deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-paced, quickly growing organization.
Sales Support
· Assist with the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP responses.
· Coordinate sales materials and maintain CRM records.
· Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, and trade shows.
· Support the sales team with project coordination and administrative tasks.
· Help prepare client presentations and marketing collateral.
Marketing
· Create content for social media and the company website.
· Assist with graphic design projects including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
· Coordinate photography, case studies, and project documentation.
· Monitor marketing analytics and recommend improvements.
· Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
Project & Event Support
· Assist with planning and coordinating trade show and event activities.
· Help organize promotional products and marketing materials.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
· Support special marketing initiatives and company events.
Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordinator role is an asset.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and SketchUp; experience with other CAD-based software, and Canva is an asset.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
· Experience with CRM platforms is considered an asset.
