Job Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Programs Administrator is accountable for the coordination, organization, maintenance, data entry, reporting, and integrity of CSAM programs.
The Program Administrator is also expected to participate in the effective delivery of CSAM services and team priorities associated with CSAM’s Strategic & Annual Operational Plans as directed by the Executive Director and/or the Director of Operations. This will include support services required in day-to-day operations of the association, administration, and the executive director.
Duties
Included but not limited to, the following would be activities performed by the Programs Administrator:
· Administration and support of day-to-day CSAM activities.
· Administration and support of all activities relating to the COR® program.
· Administration and support of all activities relating to external CSAM events.
· Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of records related to all programs.
· Administration and support of activities relating to the CSAM Client Portal.
· Support of activities relating to the NCSO® and NHSA®Program.
· Support of activities relating to CSAM programs, services and initiatives.
· Provide clear information and direction to clients regarding CSAM programs & services.
· Assist CSAM personnel by providing support both administratively and technically.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have sound knowledge of general office administration duties, including dealing with multiple tasks while focusing on meeting the required service standards effectively and efficiently. Must also have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and will also possess grammatical, spelling and composition abilities relating to report, analysis, and other document preparation.
Experience in statistical analysis, knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, or training in courses related to Computer applications and/or database management would be an asset.

· Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and/or tolerant in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.
· Understand ethical behaviour, business practices and ensure that personal behaviour is consistent with the standards and values of the organization.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
