Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Mr. Motor Inc. is currently seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet customers and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Book, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
- Assist with vehicle licensing, registration, and related documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle filing, emails, correspondence, and general office administration.
- Support the sales and management teams with daily administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with dealership paperwork and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vehicle licensing is an asset.
- Experience in a car dealership is a strong asset.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
