O2E Brands is looking for an Office Coordinator at our Toronto office.

Collaborating with the Office Manager and VP of People, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and streamlining operations and facilities at O2E Brands.
In this ever-evolving environment, you’ll serve as a go-to contact for various cross-functional teams, offering insights and recommendations to the Office Manager while confidently managing responsibilities independently.
A day in the life:
What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in fast-paced settings (e.g., busy reception desk or retail) with strong skills in managing competing priorities, problem-solving on the spot, and staying calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a proactive approach to learning new software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email, spreadsheets, slides, and chat programs, are essential for effective interactions with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Familiarity with the basics of Project Management is a plus.
- Skilled in making well-informed decisions based on available information and offering sound recommendations.
- Dependable work ethic, demonstrating initiative and “hustle” daily while working independently; Manager is based in Vancouver with in-person interactions quarterly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary 45,000k-58,000k per annum
