Brasserie Coquette is currently looking to hire a 2nd Sous Chef or lead Chef de partie -
Total compensation 45-60k. Salary 45k base, plus tips, health benefits, bonus, company discounts. Based on experience.
Schedule is 40-50 hours depending. With some weeks being 4 day work weeks when available.
