The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic individual, who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment with frequent workload changes and competing demands. As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and administering transactional HR functions that contribute to the achievement of specific talent attraction/recruitment goals for a corporate client group at PCF. You will be required to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders; to ensure PCF&S maintains a high level of internal customer service to all colleagues through the effective administration of the bank’s recruitment program.

Responsibilities:
Primarily accountable for supporting the recruitment function and selection process for new employees including conducting resume review, pre-screen telephone interviews, scheduling in person interviews, assisting with the coordination of new-hire orientation/onboarding processes, and other administrative functions
Coordinate new hire paperwork
Process criminal record check forms for potential new hires
Liaise and partner with external resources and job boards to post open roles
Source out and attend career fairs for recruitment purposes and to promote PCF&S as a Great Place to Work
Create and execute campaigns across various social media platforms to attract new applicants
Prepare, analyze, and maintain various HR reports, measures, and statistics (i.e. vacancy reports, headcount report, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Ad-hoc assignments to support the strategies and objectives of the Human Resources Department and Operations Department, as required i.e. supporting Co-Op Programs

Must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications
Intermediate computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Familiarity with job search websites (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn), recruitment software (i.e., Workday Recruitment), video conferencing platforms (i.e., Microsoft Teams) and social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram), is an asset.
Demonstrated client group focus and the ability to develop and nurture positive client relationships
Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements:
Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources or related field and obtained (or working towards) HR Management Certification
1-3 years progressive HR experience, recruiting and/or coordinating departmental programs and initiatives is a definite asset
