Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
- Accurately document service needs and provide cost and time estimates
- Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure clear communication
- Upsell additional services based on vehicle needs and customer history
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
