Our patented SMARTY is the most advanced grappling dummy ever created — trusted by top athletes and martial arts academies worldwide. With explosive demand across North America, we’re expanding our local production team to keep up with growth.
The Role
We’re looking for dedicated, full-time Filling Technicians to help us assemble and fill our SMARTY grappling dummies right here at our Pointe-Claire facility.
This is hands-on, physical work — similar to manufacturing or construction. You’ll be filling, shaping, and assembling our products according to precise standards. It’s repetitive, but highly rewarding for those who take pride in doing things right.
If you’re physically fit, detail-oriented, and like working with your hands — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Fill and assemble SMARTY grappling dummies according to our established procedure
- Follow clear, step-by-step training and quality standards (see how it’s done here: https://grapplingsmarty.com/pages/how-we-fill-the-grappling-smarty)
- Maintain consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail in every unit produced
- Keep your workstation organized and communicate effectively with the production team
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow and productivity as we grow
Requirements
✅ Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM)
✅ Excellent physical condition and hand strength
✅ Comfortable with repetitive manual work
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
✅ Experience in manufacturing, construction, or physical labor is a big plus
✅ Reliability and consistency are essential — our production team is the heart of our company
Compensation & Growth
This is a piecework position, meaning your pay reflects your speed and quality. Once trained, top performers earn up to $55/hour.
We provide on-site training, structured quality control feedback, and opportunities to grow into logistics, training, quality control, or management roles for those who demonstrate leadership and initiative.
