The Nash, located in the historic National Hotel in Inglewood, requires a full time Pastry Cook 1 for our kitchen. Our top of the line kitchen is well appointed, and our culture focuses on excellence and leadership. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking fine cuisine in a creative, professional team environment and basic understanding of culinary arts and/or pastry arts.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the following:

Diploma in Culinary Arts/Pastry Arts is an asset

Basic Food Safety Certification (required)

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Must be able to handle the pressure of a busy restaurant and event kitchen

Must be able to adhere to the standards as laid out by Kitchen Leadership team

Basic Understanding of Baking and Pastry

Must be available to work weekends

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
