The Role
We are looking for an Automation & AI Consultant who approaches technology with a focus on long-term scalability and professional standards. You will design and implement comprehensive automation frameworks that manage complex business lifecycles, specifically transforming opaque manual processes into transparent, reliable systems.
Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between automated execution and business insight. You will collaborate with clients to assess, design, and implement scalable technology solutions tailored to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, while following best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Architecture & Strategy: Design and deploy comprehensive automation systems that manage the entire lifecycle of a business process, ensuring data flows correctly across various systems and tools.
- AI Solution Implementation: Leverage a variety of AI models to solve unstructured data challenges, selecting the right tool for the specific business outcome.
- Performance Tracking & Visibility: Build monitoring into every solution, ensuring key performance data is accessible to stakeholders for real-time visibility and informed decision-making.
- User-Centric Design: Create intuitive interfaces for an optimal user experience within an automated process, ensuring a seamless journey for business users & stakeholders.
- Data Reliability & Consistency: Maintain high standards of data integrity across multiple platforms, implementing industry best practices to prevent/resolve errors and ensure all systems remain synchronized.
- Strategic Consulting: Translate complex technical architectures into simple, professional narratives for clients, managing organizational change and demonstrating clear ROI.
Qualifications
- Advanced Logic Design: Proven experience building complex, reliable automation systems that handle multi-stage business processes and recover gracefully from interruptions.
- Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of relational data and information architecture. You prioritize data accuracy and understand how to maintain consistency across disparate systems.
- AI Design & Integration: Practical experience implementing AI in a business context, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Consultative Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes and system reliability.

Pay: $63,000.00-$127,000.00 per year
