As a D365 CE/Power Platform Presales Solution Architect, you’ll take on a strategic, client-facing role focused on designing and communicating innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape deals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive solutions from concept to completion.

· Build strong relationships and promote Avanade’s offerings across Accenture, Microsoft, industry groups, and clients.
· Leverage deep expertise in processes, compliance, and procurement cycles to deliver high-quality written and oral presentations tailored to client opportunities.
· Support responses to public sector RFPs and RFIs by translating business requirements into compelling and compliant solution architectures.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of client environments and apply solution expertise to strengthen solution selling strategies—maximizing presales value for both the client and Avanade.
· Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM and Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages—while integrating third-party ISVs and Microsoft cloud services as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery leads, technical architects, and Microsoft counterparts, to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
· Represent the CRM and Power Platform practice in both internal and external forums, sharing insights on emerging technologies such as Copilot, ALM, and AI integration.
· Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops to uncover client pain points and define desired outcomes.
· Contribute to business value assessments and the development of business cases.
· Deliver engaging and impactful presentations using storytelling and visual demonstrations to clearly communicate solution value.
