Duties & Responsibilities:
- The accurate and timely picking of merchandise for delivery*
- Verifying parts orders to ensure they are correct.
- Assisting with other Department operational functions as outlined by Store Manager **
- Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials*
- Provide parts to Technicians and assess requests to ensure getting all parts needed for repair
- Review repair orders to ensure parts accuracy before service bills invoice counter Sales
- Source and order required parts from Manufacturers and track deliveries
- Prepare Purchase orders for parts and process once parts received
- Assist in Shipping/Receiving if required
- Participate in annual parts inventory, clean-up, and preparation work
Requirements:
- Parts ordering experience
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and /or knowledge
- Functionally literate and capable of recognizing parts numbers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
