We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will safely operate skid steer equipment to support construction, landscaping, excavation, and site preparation projects. This position requires attention to safety, equipment care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, move, and distribute materials on job sites.
- Perform grading, excavation, backfilling, and site cleanup tasks.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Follow site safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with supervisors and other crew members.
- Assist with general labour duties when required.
Qualifications
- Previous skid steer operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
