Executive Assistant Intern (Paid Internship)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant Intern to work directly with the owner of a growing company.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help manage schedules, stay on top of priorities, coordinate daily activities, and assist with a wide variety of business and administrative tasks. No two days are the same, so being adaptable and resourceful is important.
This is not a remote position. You will work alongside the executive for approximately 8 hours per day. The role involves accompanying the executive throughout the workday, including traveling together by car to meetings and appointments, working from cafés, visiting the gym during scheduled workouts, running business-related errands, and assisting with other day-to-day responsibilities. You should be comfortable working closely with one individual in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6-month paid internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Keep the executive organized and on track throughout the day
- Attend meetings, appointments, and work activities alongside the executive
- Coordinate errands and day-to-day logistics
- Research products, services, and vendors when required
- Organize files, notes, and documents
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure they are completed
- Assist with planning and coordinating projects
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed
