We are currently seeking Skilled Cabinet Makers from across Canada who are interested in relocating to Greater Toronto Area for an exciting opportunity with our rapidly growing company - one of the largest Millwork Shops in Canada. This role is ideal for Experienced craftsman and cabinet makers with strong woodworking skills and ability to interpret complex shop drawings, handle power tools with precision, take pride in fabricating high quality custom architectural Millwork

- Custom Millwork Assembly: Interpret architectural blueprints to assemble high-quality custom millwork products.
- Precision Craftsmanship: Measure, cut, join, and assemble wood components using hand and power tools, ensuring exact dimensions, clean finishes, and alignment to meet aesthetic and functional standards.
- Surface Preparation & Finishing Support: Prepare wood surfaces before or after assembly to ensure readiness for the Finishing department.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work for defects, misalignments, and material inconsistencies, maintaining company quality standards and escalating issues as required.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineering, and production teams to ensure project success, providing updates on progress and addressing challenges proactively.
- Safety, Organization & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; monitor inventory levels; report material shortages; and participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Hours of Work Shift availability will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; optional overtime after 40 hours per week between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM; optional overtime after 40 hours per week between 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM.
Interview Process
As part of our hiring process, selected candidates will be required to complete a 1-week paid hands-on interview to demonstrate their skills and experience in a real work environment. Candidates must be willing to participate in this hands-on assessment.
