Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to oversee the safety and security operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and surveillance, with the ability to develop and implement security protocols, manage security personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role is vital in protecting company assets, staff, and visitors while maintaining a secure environment across all facilities.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee surveillance operations, ensuring all cameras and monitoring systems are functioning effectively.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or breaches, coordinating investigations as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging threats, and new surveillance technologies to enhance security measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement or related security fields is required; prior management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and monitoring techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies.
- Strong communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to develop strategic security plans aligned with organizational goals.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
