Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Landscape Building Crew Lead / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to learn the skills needed to build high-quality landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, stairs, and other hardscape features
- Load, unload, and move materials (stone, soil, gravel, plants, etc.)
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Work with crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Qualifications:
- Previous landscape or construction experience an asset (but not required – training provided)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Muskoka
- Ability to operate skidsteers and excavator equipment is an asset
