Twin Hills Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Service Assistant to join our service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, providing excellent customer care, and supporting daily dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Safely transport customers to and from the dealership
- Deliver a courteous and professional customer experience
- Assist with vehicle movement and light service support duties
- Perform dealership-related errands and purchases as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive-thru area
- Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness and presentation
- Support general dealership operations as needed
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable driving various vehicle types
- Team-oriented attitude
