Position Overview:
The Copper Mug, one of Saskatoon’s most popular spots for off-sale liquor, is looking for dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team. As an Off-Sale Liquor Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, organization, and compliance with liquor laws. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a lively environment and helping customers find the perfect products. Other locations are available for work in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked store
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, stocked, and displayed
- Uphold all local liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs when necessary
- Assist with restocking and inventory management
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help meet store goals
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required by law)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
