Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking an Financial Analyst (known internally as Planning & Performance Lead) located in Moncton, NB as a hybrid or office option.
As the Financial Analyst, you are responsible for the development and coordination of planning, budgeting, forecasting and support activities for the Customer & Technology Services (CTS) leadership teams, with a specific focus on business performance measurement. You are also responsible for the development and implementation of benchmarks and KPIs, which through effective communications with business owners, will identify areas of opportunity for optimization within the organization to ensure maximum performance.
You are seen as an advisor with business knowledge, financial/accounting knowledge and relevant experience, to ensure the CTS division planning, monitoring and financial activities are strongly integrated into corporate planning and financial processes. You will also build, maintain and enhance solid relationships with the CTS leadership team and key stakeholder groups.
