Job Description
This role supports a new-build retirement community project, focusing on general framing, MDF installation, and drywall patching. You will contribute to a large commercial, multi-family residential, or institutional construction environment, ensuring high-quality finishes and structurally sound work throughout the build.
Responsibilities

Perform general framing tasks for a new-build retirement community, ensuring structures meet project specifications and safety standards.

Install MDF components with precision, including trim, panels, and other finish carpentry elements.

Carry out drywall hanging, including measuring, cutting, and securing panels to framing.

Complete drywall mudding and taping to prepare surfaces for final finishing.
Essential Skills

Strong framing skills, including layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly.

Hands-on experience with MDF installation and finish carpentry work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in commercial construction projects with mixed indoor and outdoor tasks.

Comfort working in changing weather conditions and adapting to different phases of construction.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
