Contractor Sales Desk Associate
This position is ideal for someone with extensive knowledge of lumber and building materials, and is able to provide outstanding customer service to contractors, builders, and retail customers. Reading blueprints and doing take off is a plus!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take contractor and customer orders in person or by phone
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and customers
- Provide product recommendations, quotations, estimates, and project support
- Oversee special orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
- Coordinate with purchasing, yard, and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Support customers with building and material-related solutions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues professionally and efficiently
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
